Philosophy
and Training:
Alice recognizes that each client has unique concerns and problems, and that these should be managed in way that addresses each client's unique situation. To that end, Alice draws on her extensive training, both in physical therapy and in massage/ bodywork, to create a blended treatment that encompasses the best of a variety of treatment approaches.
Alice's passion for acquiring knowledge leads her to attend multiple advanced continuing
education courses each year, including treatment of TMJ dysfunction, advanced myofascial
release courses, and advanced courses in treatment of neck and back pain. She actively
participates as a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute in its CranioSacral Therapy
curriculum, and utilizes CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release in her practice.
She is currently pursuing certification in CranioSacral Therapy. Alice also holds certification in
Pilates mat exercises.
Alice would like the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss your health concerns, to assess
your particular needs with regards to massage and bodywork, and to develop an ongoing plan to
help you become the healthiest person you can be. The name of her business says it all: the
