Shiatsu
/ Acupressure
Shiatsu is a Japanese word: "shi" meaning finger, and "atsu" meaning pressure.
Like Acupuncture, it is based on the theory of yin/yang and the five elements.
A wide variety of techniques are used for treating points along the acupuncture
"meridians" to increase or lower energy flow in the body.
